1. Who we are
TwoPicks is a sports prediction service operated by Avaxel & Co. Contact: support@twopicks.app
2. What data we collect
- Email address — account creation and login
- Full name — profile display
- Push notification token — sending live in-game alerts
- Subscription tier (Regular / Premium) — gating premium features
- Purchase receipts — verifying active subscriptions via RevenueCat
We do not collect payment card details. All billing is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
3. How we use your data
- Account management — to identify you, maintain your session, and respond to support requests
- Push notifications — to send live alerts when a pick's confidence changes mid-match (Premium only); you can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings
- Subscription verification — to confirm your active plan and unlock premium features
- Hit-rate tracking — picks are tracked anonymously in aggregate; no personally identifiable information is attached to pick results
4. Third-party processors
- Supabase (Supabase Inc.) — database, authentication, and row-level security — supabase.com/privacy
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat Inc.) — subscription management and receipt validation — revenuecat.com/privacy
- Expo / EAS (Expo Inc.) — push notification delivery via FCM/APNs — expo.dev/privacy
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — Android push delivery — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
5. Data retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your account and associated personal data within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate statistics (hit rates, pick counts) are retained indefinitely.

- Request deletion of your account and data
- Withdraw push notification consent at any time via device settings

7. Children
TwoPicks is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated and we will notify active users of material changes via push notification or email.
